April 28, 2026
1. CALL TO ORDER
The regular meeting of the Danville Town Council Legislative Committee was
called to order at 9:00 a.m. at the Danville Town Offices, 500 La Gonda Way,
Danville, CA
Committee Member Attendance: Councilmember Mark Belotz, Councilmember
Karen Stepper
Staff Attendance: Town Manager, Tai Williams, Management Analyst, Cat Bravo
2. PUBLIC COMMENT – At this time, members of the public may address the Committee
about a subject which is not listed on the agenda. Comments should not exceed three (3)
minutes.
There were no public comments.
3. ACTION ITEMS
3.1 April Legislative Report
Cat Bravo presented the February legislative staff report and provided
information on the following additional bills the Tri-Valley Cities are
supporting:
AB 762
AB 2667
Mike Arata gave public comment in opposition of SB 1408.
Following further discussion, Committee directed staff to bring SB 1408 to the
April 28, 2026
Summary of Actions
Page 2
next available Regular Town Council meeting for full council discussion.
4. ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 10:02 a.m.
