1.CALL TO ORDER
The regular meeting of the Danville Town Council Finance Committee was called to order
at 4:45 p.m. at the Town Meeting Hall, 201 Front Street, Danville, CA.
Present: Mayor Arnerich
Councilmember Belotz
2.PUBLIC COMMENT
There were no public comments.
3.ACTION ITEMS
3.1 Consider authorizing the Town Manager to execute a Maintenance Services
Agreement with Jim Freethy Excavating Inc. for storm drain cleaning services
for Town-wide Storm Drain System Maintenance, CIP No. A-330.
MOTION BY MAYOR ARNERICH, SECOND BY COUNCIL MEMBER BELOTZ, TO
AUTHORIZE THE TOWN MANAGER TO EXECUTE A MAINTENANCE SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH JIM FREETHY EXCAVATING INC. FOR STORM DRAIN
CLEANING SERVICES FOR TOWN-WIDE STORM DRAIN SYSTEM
MAINTENANCE, CIP NO. A-330.
MOTION CARRIED 2-0
