Senior Advisory Commission – Regular Meeting SUMMARY OF ACTIONS January 28, 2026-DRAFT 1. CALL TO ORDER The regular meeting of the Senior Advisory Commission was called to order by Chair Hendra at 4:00 p.m. in the Town Meeting Hall, 201 Front Street, Danville. CA. Present: Candace Hendra, Chair Steven Freshman, Vice Chair Peggy Hiramine, Commissioner Sandra Moody, Commissioner Excused: Maynard Holliday, Commissioner 2. CHANGES TO THE ORDER OF THE AGENDA There were no changes to the order of the agenda. 3. FOR THE GOOD OF THE TOWN There were no speakers or public comments. 4. CONSENT CALENDAR 4.1. Consider approval of the Summary of Actions from October 22, 2025, Senior Advisory Commission regular meeting (R. Collier) MOTION BY COMMISSIONER MOODY, SECOND BY COMMISSIONER HIRAMINE, TO APPROVE THE CONSENT CALENDAR MOTION CARRIED 4-0-0-1, COMMISSIONER HOLLIDAY ABSENT DANVILLE SENIOR ADVISORY COMMISSION SUMMARY OF ACTIONS- DRAFT JANUARY 28, 2026 2 5. COMMUNICATION 5.1 Senior Services Program update by Adult and Senior Services Supervisor Tim McGrath Supervisor Tim McGrath provided the update. 5.2 Recreation, Art and Community Services Director’s Report Director Jessica Wallner provided the report. 5.3 Commissioners discussion to review current subcommittees and assignments Supervisor McGrath led the discussion with Commissioners regarding the current subcommittees, including proposals to establish new subcommittees, and to consolidate a few of the existing subcommittees. 6. COMMISSIONER REPORTS 6.1 Commissioner reports and comments Commissioners commented on current activities and events happening in the Town of Danville. 7.
