Any document provided to a majority of the members of the Design Review Board regarding any item on this agenda
will be made available for public inspection at the meeting and at the Danville Town Offices, 500 La Gonda Way,
Danville, CA during normal business hours.
The Danville Design Review Board encourages citizens to participate in Board meetings.
How to submit public comments:
In-person – verbal comments: Attend the meeting, complete the yellow “Request to Speak”
form available at the meeting, and submit the yellow form to staff at the meeting. The
Board Chair will announce your name when it is your turn to address the Design Review
Board. Step to the lectern, announce your name, and limit your comments to 3 minutes.
Email - written comments: To provide written comments, send an email to the
Development Services Administrative Assistant prior to 11:00 a.m. on the day of the
meeting. Correspondence should include the meeting date and agenda item number. All
comments received prior to the deadline will be provided to the members in advance of
the meeting. Written comments will NOT be read into the record. Correspondence
submitted to the Town for this meeting is a public record.

5. DESIGN REVIEW ITEMS
5.1 Review and approve Development Plan request DEV26-0004 to allow a change
in exterior paint colors for Rancho Cantina located at 501 Hartz Ave. (Project
Planner: Riley Anderson-Barrett).
5.2 Review and recommend the Planning Commission approve the architecture,
colors and materials, and landscape plans for Development Plan Request
DEV25-0013, Major Subdivision Request SUB25-0011, and Land Use Permit
Request LUP25-0016 to allow the renovation and expansion of the existing
Community Presbyterian Church facility at 222 West El Pintado and the
construction of a new 68-unit residential townhouse development at Ilo Lane
and Charles Lane (Project Planner: Jessica Lam).
5.3 Review and recommend the Planning Commission approve the architecture,
colors and materials for Development Plan DEV26-0002 to allow the
construction of a new two-story fire station, to replace the existing one-story fire
station at 800 San Ramon Valley Blvd. (Project Planner: Jessica Lam).
