SUBJECT: Review and approve Development Plan request DEV26-0004 to allow a
change in exterior paint colors for Rancho Cantina located at 501 Hartz Ave.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The proposal includes a Development Plan request for modified exterior paint colors for
the new restaurant, Rancho Cantina, located at 501 Hartz Ave.
EVALUATION
The applicant is proposing to change the body of the building to a medium tan, Sherman-
William Ligonier Tan, and the secondary body color to a dark burnt orange, Sherman-
William Reynard. The trim would be an off-white.
RECOMMENDATION
Review and approve Development Plan request DEV26-0004 to allow a change in exterior
paint colors for Rancho Cantina located at 501 Hartz Ave.
