•667 volunteers contributing across Town programs
•4,413 service hours supporting operations and events
•$84,464 estimated staffing cost savings through volunteer support
Purpose & Value
Expand service capacity without increasing staffing or contracting costs
Provide meaningful opportunities for residents to give back
Build community connection, ownership, and civic pride
Create pathways for youth engagement and leadership development
Support high-quality programs and services across the Town
Volunteer Positions (Leadership Roles)
Higher responsibility, selective placement
Require application, screening, and/or interviews
May include background checks depending on assignment
Greater autonomy and decision-making responsibility
Represent the Town in program delivery
