1.CALL TO ORDER
The regular meeting of the Heritage Resource Commission was called to order by
Chair Warren at 5:01 p.m., in the Town Meeting Hall, 201 Front Street, Danville,
CA.
Present: Jerry Warren, Chair
Wade Luckhardt, Vice Chair
Lee Halverson, Commissioner
Michaela Luxton, Commissioner
Absent: Ian Halker, Commissioner
Jim Powers, Commissioner
2.CHANGES TO THE ORDER OF THE AGENDA
There were no changes to the order of the agenda.

There were no public comments.

4.1 Consider approval of the Summary of Actions from the regular Heritage
Resource Commission meeting of August 11, 2025

5. COMMISSIONER REPORTS
5.1 Progress report from the Commission’s Historic Survey Subcommittee
Chief of Planning David Crompton informed the Commission of a historic
designation application for 300 Diablo Road and answered Commissioner’s
questions.
5.2 Progress report from the Commission’s Outreach/Education
Subcommittee
Chair Warren informed the Commission of the San Ramon Historical
Society plaque mounting at Eliott’s Bar.
Mr. Crompton discussed the timeline for the School Street plaque unveiling
and dedication.
Mr. Crompton provided an update on the status of the Danville Grange
Hall plaque.
6. COMMUNICATIONS
6.1 Heritage Resource update by Chief of Planning David Crompton
Mr. Crompton provided an update to the Commission about an upcoming
Historic Design Review Commission regarding signage at the Veteran’s
Hall, as well as upcoming projects occurring within the Town, and
answered Commissioner’s questions.
7. ADJOURNMENT
The regular meeting of the Heritage Resource Commission was adjourned at 5:16
p.m.
