1. CALL TO ORDER
The regular meeting of the Danville Town Council Legislative Committee was
called to order at 9:00 a.m. at the Danville Town Offices, 500 La Gonda Way,
Danville, CA
Committee Member Attendance: Councilmember Mark Belotz, Councilmember
Karen Stepper
Staff Attendance: Town Manager, Tai Williams, Management Analyst, Cat Bravo
2. PUBLIC COMMENT – At this time, members of the public may address the Committee
about a subject which is not listed on the agenda. Comments should not exceed three (3)
minutes.
There were no public comments.
3. ACTION ITEMS
3.1 March Legislative Report
Cat Bravo presented the March legislative staff report and discussed the
following bills:
AB 2139 – Support
SB 222 – Oppose
AB 1738 – Oppose
AB 1751 – Oppose
AB 1821 – Support
AB 1997 – Oppose
SB 959 – Support

The committee discussed the proposed county and BART sales tax measures and
determined the Town of Danville would not be formalizing any position.
