Any document provided to a majority of the members of the Town Council Legislative Committee regarding any item
on the agenda will be made available for public inspection at the meeting, on the Town Website at Danville.ca.gov,
and at the Danville Town Offices, 500 La Gonda Way, Danville, CA during normal business hours.
The Danville Legislative Committee encourage citizens to participate in joint
meetings. How to submit public comments:
In-Person – verbal comments: Attend the meeting, complete the “Request to Speak” form
available at the meeting and submit the form to a staff member. When your name is
announced, step up to the lectern, announce your name, and limit your comments to 3
minutes.
Email - written comments: To provide written comments, send an email
to cbravo@danville.ca.gov, by 4:00 p.m. the day prior to the meeting
date. Correspondence should include the meeting date and agenda item number. All
comments received prior to the deadline will be provided to the members of the
meeting. All Correspondence submitted for this meeting is a public record.
