CALL TO ORDER The regular meeting of the Arts Advisory Board was called to order by Chair White at 4:00 p.m. in the Town Meeting Hall, 201 Front Street, Danville, CA. Present: Mike White, Chair Scott Phillips, Vice Chair Kim Bowles, Board Member Jane Joyce, Board Member Emmeline Millington, Youth Member William Pratt, Board Member 2. CHANGES TO THE ORDER OF THE AGENDA There were no changes to the agenda. 3. FOR THE GOOD OF THE TOWN There were no speakers. 4. CONSENT CALENDAR 4.1 Consider approval of the Summary of Actions from the regular Arts Advisory Board Meeting of November 12, 2025 MOTION BY BOARD MEMBER JOYCE, SECOND BY BOARD MEMBER PHILLIPS, TO APPROVE THE CONSENT CALENDAR MOTION CARRIED 6-0-0 ARTS ADVISORY BOARD SUMMARY OF ACTIONS- DRAFT JANUARY 14, 2026 2 5. COMMUNICATIONS 5.1 Cultural Arts Update Supervisor Stacey Kenison provided the report. 5.2 Recreation, Arts and Community Services Director’s Report Director Jessica Wallner provided the report. 6. BOARD MEMBER REPORTS 6.1 Board members reports and comments Board members commented and reported on current cultural arts related activities and events in the Town of Danville. 7.
