3. CALL TO ORDER
The regular meeting of the Danville Town Council was called to order by Mayor
Arnerich at 7:37 p.m. at the Town Meeting Hall, 201 Front Street, Danville,
following the publicly noticed study session.

Renee Morgan, Councilmember

The pledge of allegiance to the flag was led by Mark Graham.

7.1Reading of a proclamation in recognition of celebrations of the Lunar New
Year
Mayor Arnerich stated that the proclamation was previously presented to
Kay Wang on February 3, 2026.

and Authorizing Execution of a Contract for Third-Party Review of the
Stormwater Management Plan for the Community Presbyterian Church
Campus Expansion and Residential Townhome Development
Project located at 222 West El Pintado Road (DEV25-0013)

Manager to Execute a contract for $50,005 to purchase a new Water Meter
and Authorizing a Transfer Agreement for an existing water meter located

10.1Consider adoption of Resolution No. 15-2026, authorizing Community
Events Support for Calendar Year 2026; and, Resolution No. 16-2026,
authorizing Exemption from Danville Ordinance No. 96-10
for Neighborhood Street Party on June 20, 2026, and Summer Soiree on
June 28, 2026
Economic Development Supervisor Melysa VanderMel and Economic
Development Manager Jenn Starnes provided the report and answered
Town Council questions.
Mayor Arnerich opened the item to public comment.
Amy Millington, Danville Area Chamber of Commerce, discussed the
planning and execution efforts for the Lighting of the Old Oak Tree and the
Wellness Fair and expressed appreciation for the partnership with the
Town.

Nancy Bray, Kiwanis Club of the San Ramon Valley, discussed the planning
and execution efforts for the Fourth of July Parade and expressed
appreciation for the partnership with the Town.

ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 15-2026, AUTHORIZING COMMUNITY EVENTS
SUPPORT FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2026; AND, RESOLUTION NO. 16-2026,
AUTHORIZING EXEMPTION FROM DANVILLE ORDINANCE NO. 96-10
FOR NEIGHBORHOOD STREET PARTY ON JUNE 20, 2026, AND SUMMER SOIREE
ON JUNE 28, 2026
MOTION CARRIED 5-0
10.2 Consider adoption of Resolution No. 17-2026, accepting the mid-year
Financial Report, approving mid-year adjustments to the Fiscal Year
2025/26 Operating Budget and Capital Improvement Program
