Dear Members of the Town Council and Town Manager Williams,
I am writing as a Danville resident to express my sincere support for America’s Finest Hemp Co. and to
thank the Town for its willingness to work collaboratively toward a thoughtful path forward.
I appreciate that the Town is engaging in meaningful dialogue regarding the current ordinance a?ecting
retail sales. This feels like an important opportunity for Danville to take a balanced, responsible, and
forward-thinking approach to natural wellness products—especially in light of recent state regulatory
changes that now classify these products as cannabis.
My support is rooted in the real and positive impact that legally regulated THC and CBD products have
for many members of our community. For some residents, these products play an essential role in
managing chronic conditions and maintaining overall well-being. I am particularly supportive of Je?’s
business because it o?ers compassionate, community-focused access to products that help residents
with:
Anxiety and stress relief
Discomfort and inflammation related to autoimmune and other chronic conditions
Ongoing health and wellness support
America’s Finest Hemp Co. has earned trust locally by operating as a responsible, wellness-centered
retailer. Allowing the business to obtain the appropriate state license through the Department of
Cannabis Control would ensure these products are provided within a safe, transparent, and fully
regulated environment.
I respectfully encourage the Town Council and Town Manager to continue partnering with America’s
Finest Hemp Co. and to consider thoughtful updates to the ordinance currently impacting their retail
operations.
Thank you for your leadership, openness, and commitment to finding a solution that supports both a
valued local business and the wellness needs of Danville residents.
