Dear Mayor Morgan, Vice Mayor Arnerich, Town Council Members, and Town Manager
Williams,
I am writing to express my strong support for America's Finest Hemp Co., a valuable
local business in Danville, and to convey my sincere appreciation for the Town’s
willingness to work with them on a path forward.

It is encouraging to hear that the Town is engaging in dialogue to address the current
ordinance that affects retail sales. As a resident of Danville, I believe the time has come
for the town to adopt a progressive and responsible approach to natural wellness
products, aligning with recent state regulatory changes that now classify their products
as "cannabis."
Community Need and Responsible Access
My support is rooted in the fact that products containing legal and regulated levels of
THC and CBD are essential for many residents. For many, these products are a vital
tool for managing chronic issues. Specifically, I support Jeff's business because his
offerings provide much-needed support for residents dealing with conditions such as:
Anxiety and stress management.
Discomfort and inflammation associated with autoimmune diseases and other
chronic ailments.
General health and wellness maintenance.
America's Finest Hemp Co. has earned the community's trust by operating as a
responsible, health, and wellness-focused retailer. Allowing them to obtain the
necessary state license (via the Department of Cannabis Control) would move these
products into a safer, highly regulated, and transparent retail environment.
A Request for Continued Partnership
I respectfully ask the Town Council and Town Manager to continue to partner with
America's Finest Hemp Co. and to consider updating the ordinance that currently affects
their retail operations.
Thank you again for your openness and for taking this progressive step toward finding a
solution that supports both a local business and the wellness needs of Danville
residents.
