HomeMy WebLinkAbout012826-AGENDA Senior Advisory Commission - Regular Meeting AGENDA Wednesday, January 28, 2026 4:00 PM Town Meeting Hall, 201 Front Street, Danville, CA 94526 Any document provided to a majority of the members of the Senior Advisory Commission regarding any item on this agenda will be made available for public inspection at the meeting and at the Danville Town Offices, 500 La Gonda Way, Danville, CA during normal business hours. Danville Senior Advisory Commission meetings are video recorded. Archived videos can be viewed on the Town website at www.danville.ca.gov. The Danville Senior Advisory Commission encourages citizens to participate in commission meetings. How to submit public comments: In-person - verbal comments: Attend the meeting, complete the yellow "Request to Speak" form available at the meeting, and submit the yellow form to staff at the meeting. The Chair will announce your name when it is your turn to address the Board. Step to the lectern, announce your name, and limit your comments to 3 minutes. Email - written comments: To provide written comments, send an email to the Administrative Assistant prior to 11:00 a.m. on the day of the meeting. Correspondence should include the meeting date and agenda item number. All comments received prior to the deadline will be provided to the members in advance of the meeting. Written comments will NOT be read into the record. Correspondence submitted to the Town for this meeting is a public record. CONSENT CALENDAR - Consent calendar items are considered routine and are acted upon by the Senior Advisory Commission with a single action.
