1. CALL TO ORDER
The regular meeting of the Danville Town Council was called to order by Mayor Morgan
at 6:00 p.m. in the Village Theatre, 233 Front Street, Danville, CA.

2. AWARD PRESENTATIONS: 44 Annual Mayor’s Installation and Community

Service Awards
The Danville Town Council recognized Commissioners who left office in 2025 and
presented service awards to Commissioners who reached milestones for years of
service. The Town Council honored the following individuals and organizations
for their contributions to the community: the Danville Award was presented to
the All Wars Memorial Board of Directors for the Board’s contribution to
remodeling the entire All Wars Memorial using funds created by the Board,
including benches, monuments, granite signage, planting, landscaping and
sprinklers; Awards of Merit were presented to American Legion Post 246, Valley
Oak Respite Center, Madeleine Roytfeld, Danville Ramp Clean-Up Crew, and
Katrina Broome. The Michael K. Shimansky Award was presented to Connor
Fitzpatrick for his exceptional leadership, dedication, and impact as a member of
the Town of Danville Bicycle Advisory Commission.
