CALL TO ORDER The regular meeting of the Danville Town Council Finance Committee was called to order at 4:35 p.m. at the Town Meeting Hall, 201 Front Street, Danville, CA. Present: Councilmember Belotz Councilmember Stepper 2. PUBLIC COMMENT There were no public comments. 3. ACTION ITEMS 3.1 Consider authorizing execution of contract with Sixth Line Studios for a production of “The 39 Steps” in the Village Theatre. MOTION BY COUNCIL MEMBER BELOTZ, SECOND BY COUNCIL MEMBER STEPPER, TO AUTHORIZE THE EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT WITH SIXTH LINE STUDIOS FOR A PRODUCTION OF “THE 39 STEPS” IN THE VILLAGE THEATRE. MOTION CARRIED 2-0 3.2 Consider authorizing a Contract Extension with the Pun Group for auditing services for FY 2025/26 and 2026/27. MOTION BY COUNCIL MEMBER BELOTZ, SECOND BY COUNCIL MEMBER STEPPER, TO AUTHORIZE THE EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT WITH THE PUN GROUP FOR AUDITING SERVICES FY 2025/26 AND 2026/27. MOTION CARRIED 2-0 4. ADJOURNMENT The Town Council Finance Committee meeting was adjourned at 4:45 p.m.
