Project driveway/Diablo Road LOS E in A.M. Peak 2. El Cerro/West El Pintado/I-680 southbound ramp LOS F MD Peak and LOS PM Peak* *These two intersections currently operate at these levels. However the project will add less than an additional 5 -second delay, no mitigation required. Traffic: Methodology ► New am, midday, and pm peak period intersection turn movement traffic counts were collected on a typical weekday (Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday during a typical week when school is in session, under no adverse weather conditions. ► The traffic counts for all eight intersections for the Existing Conditions analysis were collected on Thursday, October 17, 2024. Traffic volumes were collected between 7 AM and 9 AM, 2PM and 4 PM, and 4 PM and 6 PM. ► Existing trip rate counts were collected at the existing garden store driveways on Wednesday, October 30, 2024, using AM, midday, and PM peak hours. ► Proposed trip rates are based on traffic counts for existing senior assisted living facilities taken on Thursday, 10/24/2024 and Wednesday, 10/30/2024, using AM, midday, and PM peak hours. Traffic: Parking ► The project is providing 60 parking spaces which exceeds the Town's requirement of 37 spaces and the ITE requirement of 44 spaces.
