Dear Town Council, We support the appeal against The Ivy (DEV24-0009) due to: - 1995/2001 reports showing unaddressed toxins (TPH-G, BTEX, dieldrin). - DTSC’s June 11/26 warnings of health risks near La Petite Academy and homes. - O&I’s inadequate third-party plan ignoring DTSC oversight. Please overturn the approval, require an EIR, and ensure DTSC-led cleanup.
We are native to Danville and are disappointed and concerned that the Council would put our health & safety in jeopardy. Please mandate soil testing and remediation for 828 Diablo Rd. Sincerely,
