CALL TO ORDER The regular meeting of the Danville Town Council Finance Committee was called to order at 11:20 a.m. at the Town Meeting Hall, 201 Front Street, Danville, CA. Present: Councilmember Belotz Councilmember Stepper 2. PUBLIC COMMENT There were no public comments. 3. ACTION ITEMS 3.1 Authorize the Execution of a Contract with Nazanin Shakerin for Transportation Consulting Services. MOTION BY COUNCIL MEMBER BELOTZ, SECOND BY COUNCIL MEMBER STEPPER, TO AUTHORIZE THE EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT WITH NAZANIN SHAKERIN FOR TRANSPORTATION CONSULTING SERVICES. MOTION CARRIED 2-0 3.2 Authorize the Execution of contracts with Zina Kassab, Megan Ramirez, Jeff Seaberg, Studio 8, and Debbie Wardrope for Recreation Services. MOTION BY COUNCIL MEMBER BELOTZ, SECOND BY COUNCIL MEMBER STEPPER, TO AUTHORIZE THE EXECUTION OF CONTRACTS WITH ZINA KASSAB, MEGAN RAMIREZ, JEFF SEABERG, STUDIO 8, AND DEBBIE WARDROPE FOR RECREATION SERVICES. MOTION CARRIED 2-0 4. ADJOURNMENT The Town Council Finance Committee meeting was adjourned at 11:30 a.m.
