TO: Arts Advisory Board July 10, 2024
SUBJECT: Consider approval of Arts Advisory Board meeting dates for 2025
DESCRIPTION
The new 2025 schedule for the Arts Advisory Board meetings has now been created. The
Board shall meet bi-monthly on the second Wednesday in the months of January, March,
May, July, September and November at 4:00 p.m. in the Town Meeting Hall. The March
meeting will be the annual Joint Meeting held with the Parks, Recreation and Arts
Commission.
The Arts Advisory Board is being asked to review and approve the 2025 meeting schedule
as outlined in Attachment A.
RECOMMENDATION
Consider approval of the 2025 Arts Advisory Board meeting dates.
