TO: Arts Advisory Board July 10, 2024
SUBJECT: Selection of Board Vice Chair
BACKGROUND
Each year, the Arts Advisory Board selects a Vice Chair from among the members to
preside at Arts Advisory Board meetings in the absence of the Chair for a one-year term.
This selection coincides with the Board members’ term of office which runs through June
30, 2025.
RECOMMENDATION
The Board should nominate and vote on a Vice Chair to serve through June 30, 2025.
