1. CALL TO ORDER
The regular meeting of the Danville Arts Advisory Board was called to order by
Chair Neary at 4:00 p.m. in the Town Meeting Hall, 201 Front Street, Danville, CA.

There were no changes.

4.1 Approval of the Summary of Actions from November 13, 2024 Arts

5. PRESENTATIONS
5.1 Town Green Pavilion Updates
Director Henry Perezalonso provided updates on the Town Green Pavilion.
The design will be shown to the Design Review Board on February 13, 2025.
5.2 Town Updates
Recreation Superintendent Jessica Wallner provided Town updates.
5.3 Board Member Reports and Comments
The Board provided reports and comments on their involvement in
events and activities in Danville.
Marcia Harmon from the Eugene O’Neill Foundation spoke to the board
about the upcoming events for the Foundation.
6. ADJOURNMENT
The regular meeting of the Danville Arts Advisory Board was adjourned at 4:34 p.m.
