DESIGN REVIEW BOARD STAFF REPORT 5.1
TO: Design Review Board Members March 13, 2025
SUBJECT: Review and approve final building permit plans for previously approved
Development Plan request DEV24-0004 for a four-lot single family
residential development located at 910 Podva Lane.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION/BACKGROUND
This Development Plan and Minor Subdivision MS 854-2024 were approved by the
Design Review Board on August 15, 2024, with the condition that final building permit
plans return for review prior to issuance.
The development includes four lots with single family residential units. There are two
detached single-family residences and two attached single-family residences, all of which
include a two-car garage.
EVALUATION
Architecture
Units A & B will have their own color scheme, with attached units C & D having
the same colors and materials. All units will have slight variations of a similar color
pallet with a light taupe upper siding, a darker taupe or brown lower siding, and
dark brown or black gutters and roofs.
Horizontal and vertical board and batten will remain but have been minorly
modified across various elevations.
RECOMMENDATION
Review and approve final building permit plans for previously approved Development
Plan request DEV24-0004 for a four-lot single family residential development located at
910 Podva Lane.
