February 18, 2025 - DRAFT
1. CALL TO ORDER
The regular meeting of the Danville Town Council was called to order by Mayor
Morgan at 5:00 p.m. at the Town Meeting Hall, 201 Front Street, Danville, CA.
Present: Renee Morgan, Mayor
Newell Arnerich, Vice Mayor
Mark Belotz, Councilmember
Karen Stepper, Councilmember
Robert Storer, Councilmember
2. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE TO THE FLAG
The pledge of allegiance was led by Paige Meyer.

There were no changes to the order of the agenda.

5.1Presentation of a proclamation to Xiaopei He Gelb, Xiaopei Chinese Dance,
Inc., in recognition of celebrations of the Lunar New Year
Mayor Morgan presented the proclamation following a performance by a
dance student.

6.1Consider approval of the Summary of Actions from the regular Town
Council meeting of February 4, 2025

6.4Consider adoption of Resolution No. 11-2024, authorizing the Contra Costa
County Flood Control and Water Conservation District to adopt the Fiscal

process for considering reasonable accommodation under the Town Zoning
Ordinance

CODE ESTABLISHING THE PROCESS FOR CONSIDERING REASONABLE
ACCOMMODATION UNDER THE TOWN ZONING ORDINANCE, AND RETURN
FOR SECOND READING ON MARCH 4, 2025
MOTION CARRIED 5-0
9. ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF REPORTS
9.1Consider adoption of Resolution No. 12-2025, accepting the mid-year
Financial Report, approving mid-year adjustments to the Fiscal Year
2024/25 Operating Budget and Capital Improvement Program
Town Manager Joe Calabrigo and Finance Director/Treasurer Lani Ha
