Bicycle Advisory Commission – Regular Meeting

Any document provided to a majority of the members of the Commission regarding any item on this agenda will be
made available for public inspection at the meeting and at the Danville Town Offices, 500 La Gonda Way, Danville,
CA during normal business hours. Bicycle Advisory Commission meetings are video recorded. Archived videos can
be viewed on the Town website at www.danville.ca.gov.
The Danville Town Council encourages citizens to participate in Council meetings. How
to submit public comments:
In-person – verbal comments: Attend the meeting, complete the yellow “Request to Speak”
form available at the meeting, and submit the yellow form to staff at the meeting. The
Chair will announce your name when it is your turn to address the Commission. Step to
the lectern, announce your name, and limit your comments to 3 minutes.
Email - written comments: To provide written comments, send an email to the
Administrative Assistant prior to 11:00 a.m. on the day of the meeting. Correspondence
should include the meeting date and agenda item number. All comments received prior
to the deadline will be provided to the members in advance of the meeting. Written
comments will NOT be read into the record.

4. CONSENT CALENDAR - Consent calendar items are considered routine and are acted upon by the
Commission with a single action. Members of the audience wishing to provide public input may request
that the Commission remove the item from the Consent Calendar. Please fill out a “Request to Speak” form
and pass it to staff at the dais. When called upon by the Chair, please step to the podium, state your name
and address and then make your comments. Comments should not exceed three (3) minutes.

NOTE: Mayor/Council Office hours are held at the Danville Farmers’ Market from
9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. Farmers’ Market hours are 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. every Saturday at
the corner of Railroad Avenue and Prospect in Danville.

delivered to the Town Council at, or prior to, the public hearing. Judicial review of any city administrative decision
may be had only if a petition is filed with the court not later than the 90th day following the date upon which the
decision becomes final. Judicial review of environmental determinations may be subject to a shorter time period or
litigation, in certain cases 30 days following the date of final decision.
