BOREL PROPERTY BACKGROUND
Property bequeathed to the Park District by Armand Borel in 2009 under the condition it become an Agricultural Park
Contains one of the East Bay’s last remaining Walnut Orchards
A Settlement Agreement obligated the sale of the northern 7 acres of the property to housing developers.
Sale Completed: 2024
