Gentlemen,
Joe Lindsey from the Commission forwarded me the following edits to the draft
ordinance on tonights Commission agenda as item 5.1. I’ve reviewed and concur in all
of Joe’s edits, so if we could provide to the whole Commission tonight that would be
great. Thanks to both of you.
I've reviewed the Ordinance No. 2024-09 write up and have the following comments (I
sure these have already been caught by others):
Section 13-2.1a — dusk to dawn should read dawn to dusk
Section 13-2.3c 2. — should read "... fire in any park shall not leave until ..."
Section 13-2.3g 6. — should read "... tree, plant or plant material from or within any
park ..."
Section 13-2.3m 3. — space needed "... parks.Beer ..."
Section 13-2.3o — need a "," "... unsafe or reckless manner"," or in any way ..."
Section 13-2.3t — should read "...children 12 and under are prohibited..."
Section 13-2.3t 1. — should read "... under their custody or control, who is using ..."
