There were no public comments. 3. ACTION ITEMS 3.1 September Legislative Report Melysa Vander Mel presented the September legislative staff report and discussed the following bills: AB 1820 – Neutral; approved by the governor AB 1886 – Oppose; approved by the governor AB 2021 – Support; approved by the governor AB 2243 – Oppose; approved by the governor SB 1037 – Oppose; approved by the governor 4.
