CALL TO ORDER The regular meeting of the Danville Planning Commission was called to order by Chair Graham at 5:00 p.m. in the Town Meeting Hall, 201 Front Street, Danville, CA. Present: Mark Graham, Chair Lou Palandrani, Vice Chair Archie Bowles, Commissioner Robert Combs, Commissioner Mary Grace Houlihan, Commissioner Paul Radich, Commissioner Chris Trujillo, Commissioner 2. CHANGES TO THE ORDER OF THE AGENDA There were no changes to the order of the agenda. 3. FOR THE GOOD OF THE TOWN There were no public comments. 4. CONSENT CALENDAR 4.1 Consider approval of the Summary of Actions from the regular Planning Commission meeting of January 23, 2024 MOTION BY COMMISSIONER COMBS, SECOND BY VICE CHAIR PALANDRANI TO CONTINUE THE SUMMARY OF ACTIONS FROM Danville Planning Commission – Regular Meeting Summary of Actions - Draft March 12, 2024 2 THE REGULAR PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING OF JANUARY 23, 2024 TO A DATE UNCERTAIN MOTION CARRIED 7-0-0-0 4.2 Consider approval of the Summary of Actions from the regular Planning Commission meeting of February 13, 2024 MOTION BY COMMISSIONER COMBS, SECOND BY VICE CHAIR PALANDRANI TO APPROVE THE SUMMARY OF ACTIONS FROM THE REGULAR PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING OF FEBRUARY 13, 2024 MOTION CARRIED 7-0-0-0 5. PUBLIC HEARINGS 5.1 Consider approval of Resolution No. 2023-04, adopting a mitigated negative declaration of environmental significance, and approving Major Subdivision request SD 9264 and tree Removal permit TR24-0007 allowing for the subdivision of a combined 8.49-acre site into seven single-family residential lots and the removal of one Town-protected tree. The sites are located at 2449 and 2451 Tassajara lane APN: 207-061-008 & 207-061-009 (Project Planner: Fred Korbmacher). COMMUNICATIONS 6.1 Planning update by Chief of Planning David Crompton Chief of Planning David Crompton updated the Commission on the status Housing Element. COMMISSIONER REPORTS 7.1 Commissioner updates Chair Graham provided an update on the 2024 Planner Conference that took place in Long Beach and shared the 2025 Planner Conference location will be in Santa Rosa. 8.
