Any document provided to a majority of the members of the Planning Commission regarding any item on this agenda
will be made available for public inspection at the meeting and at the Danville Town Offices, 5 00 La Gonda Way,
Danville, CA during normal business hours. Danville Planning Commission meetings are video recorded. Archived
videos can be viewed on the Town website at www.danville.ca.gov.
The Danville Planning Commission encourages citizens to participate in Commission
meetings. How to submit public comments:
In-person – verbal comments: Attend the meeting, complete the yellow “Request to Speak”
form available at the meeting, and submit the yellow form to staff at the meeting. The
Commission Chair will announce your name when it is your turn to address the Planning
Commission. Step to the lectern, announce your name, and limit your comments to 3
minutes.
Email - written comments: To provide written comments, send an email to the
Development Services Administrative Assistant prior to 11:00 a.m. on the day of the
meeting. Correspondence should include the meeting date and agenda item number. All
comments received prior to the deadline will be provided to the members in advance of
the meeting. Written comments will NOT be read into the record. Correspondence
submitted to the Town for this meeting is a public record.

3. FOR THE GOOD OF THE TOWN – At this time, if you wish to address the Planning

4. CONSENT CALENDAR - Consent calendar items are considered routine and are acted upon by the
Planning Commission with a single action. Members of the audience wishing to provide public input may
request that the Planning Commission remove the item from the Consent Calendar. Please fill out a “Request
to Speak” form and pass it to staff at the dais. When called upon by the Commission Chair, please step to the
podium, state your name and address, and then make your comments. Comments should not exceed three
(3) minutes.
4.1 Consider approval of the Summary of Actions from the regular Planning
Commission meeting of March 12, 2024
4.2 Consider approval of the Planning Commission meeting dates for 2025
5. PUBLIC HEARING
5.1 Consider approval of Resolution No. 2024-04, adopting a Mitigated
Negative Declaration of environmental significance, and approving Major
Subdivision request SD 9264 allowing for the subdivision of a combined
8.49-acre site into seven single-family residential lots. The sites are located
at 2449 & 2451 Tassajara Lane APN: 207-061-008 & 207-061-009 (Project
Planner: Fred Korbmacher).
5.2 Public Scoping Session to provide input and allow public testimony related
to the preparation of an Environmental Impact Report for Major
Subdivision application request SD 9666. The application proposes to
subdivide a 19.44 site into 18 single family residential lots. The project site
is located at 45 Sherburne Hills Road (APN: 217-010-018) and 2570 Camino
Tassajara (APN: 217-010-003) (Project Planner: Riley Anderson-Barrett).
