Preparation includes Town Council discussion at each of the upcoming Study Sessions, prior to the event. August 13: Venue, start time, reception, service awards/recognition September 10: Review draft event agenda; determine protocol for presentation of awards in the event of no-show (e.g., mail, deliver, present at public meeting and by whom? new liaison or previous liaison) October 8: Select three recommendations for the Michael K.
