SUMMARY OF ACTIONS
July 16, 2024 - DRAFT
1. CALL TO ORDER
The regular meeting of the Danville Town Council was called to order by Mayor
Stepper at 5:00 p.m. in the Town Meeting Hall, 201 Front Street, Danville, CA.
Present: Karen Stepper, Mayor
Dave Fong, Vice Mayor
Newell Arnerich, Councilmember
Renee Morgan, Councilmember
Robert Storer, Councilmember
2. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE TO THE FLAG
The pledge of allegiance was led by Genny Lynkiewicz.
3. CHANGES TO THE ORDER OF THE AGENDA
There were no changes to the order of the agenda.

There were no speakers.
5. PROCLAMATIONS
5.1Presentation of a proclamation to Lindsay Ortiz, Danville Community
Services and Crime Prevention Coordinator, proclaiming August 6, 2024,
as National Night out
Mayor Stepper presented the proclamation.

6. CONSENT CALENDAR
6.1Consider approval of the Summary of Actions from the regular Town
Council meeting of July 2, 2024
6.2Consider approval of the Register of Demands
6.3Consider acceptance of the May 2024 Month End Treasurer’s Report
6.4Consider adoption of Ordinance No. 2024-07, adding Chapter 4-19 to the
Danville Municipal Code prohibiting riding electric bicycles and motorized
scooters on sidewalks in business districts within the Town of Danville
6.5Consider adoption of Resolution No. 52-2024, amending certain 2005 lease
financing documents to provide for the substitution of the property and
authorizing and directing certain actions relating thereto; and, Resolution
No. 53-2024, appropriating funds from the Low and Moderate Housing
Fund for expenses related to 510 La Gonda Way housing
6.6Consider adoption of Resolution No. 54-2024, setting the Town Council
meeting dates for 2025; and Resolution No. 55-2024, setting the 2025 legal
holidays to be observed by the Town
6.7Consider adoption of Resolution No. 56-2024, awarding a professional
services agreement and transferring funds from CIP No. C-593 Front Street
Creek Bank Stabilization to CIP No. A-330 Town-wide Storm Drain System
Management
6.8Consider adoption of Resolution No. 57-2024, amending funding
appropriations for CIP Projects C-402 - El Pintado Road Paving and
Drainage Improvements and C-610 - Pavement Management

b.Heritage Resource Commission, Licensed Architect – 4-year term
Marie Sunseri announced the current openings.

APPROVE THE SUMMARY OF ACTIONS FROM MARCH 1, 2005
11.2Consider adoption of Resolution No. 1-2024, amending certain 2005 lease
financing documents to provide for the substitution of the property and
authorizing and directing certain actions relating thereto

RESOLUTION NO. 1-2024, AMENDING CERTAIN 2005 LEASE FINANCING
