Consider approval of the Summary of Actions from the January 11, 2005, meeting MOTION BY DIRECTOR ANDERSEN, SECOND BY DIRECTOR ARNERICH, TO APPROVE THE SUMMARY OF ACTIONS FROM THE JANUARY 11, 2005, MEETING MOTION CARRIED 5-0 2. Consider adoption of Resolution No. 2-2005, approving, authorizing and directing preparation and execution of certain lease financing documents and authorizing and directing certain actions and respect thereto (R.
