How to submit public comments: In-person – verbal comments: Attend the meeting, complete the yellow “Request to Speak” form available at the meeting, and submit the yellow form to staff at the meeting. The Mayor will announce your name when it is your turn to address the Town Council. Step to the lectern, announce your name, and limit your comments to 3 minutes. Email - written comments: To provide written comments, send an email to the City Clerk prior to 11:00 a.m. on the day of the meeting.
