1. CALL TO ORDER
The regular joint meeting of the Danville Parks, Recreation and Arts Commission
and Arts Advisory Board was called to order by Chair Mesic at 6:31 p.m. in the
Town Meeting Hall, 201 Front Street, Danville. CA.
Present: Parks, Recreation and Arts Commission

There was no public comment.
4. ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF REPORTS
4.1 Update Town Green and Arts District Design Project
Director Henry Perezalonso updated the Commission and Board on the Town
Green and Arts District design and introduced the Principal Dave Rubin of
Calander and Associates. Mr. Rubin presented a Powerpoint presentation with
design refinements that have occurred in response to the Downtown Master Plan
feedback. Bob Rusell was available for questions.
Chair Mesic opened the item for Commissioners questions.

Chair Mesic opened the item for Commissioner comments.
The Commission and Board supported the refinements and commented on
additions to the refinements.
5. COMMUNICATION
5.1 Recreation, Arts & Community Services Director's Report
Director Henry Perezalonso provided an update on Town Council and reported
on Recreations upcoming events for the month. Mr. Perezalonso informed the
Commission and Board on the upcoming construction phases for the Downtown
Catalyst project happening during the week and no construction will be taking
place on weekends.
6. COMMISSIONER REPORTS
The Commissioners provided updates on activities and events in Danville.

7. ADJOURNMENT
The regular joint meeting of the Danville Parks, Recreation and Arts Commission
and Arts advisory was adjourned at 8:16 p.m.
