Any document provided to a majority of the members of the Parks, Recreation and Arts Commission regarding any
item on this agenda will be made available for public inspection at the meeting and at the Danville Town Offices, 500
La Gonda Way, Danville, CA during normal business hours. Danville Parks, Recreation and Arts Commission and
Arts Advisory Board meetings are video recorded. Archived videos can be viewed on the Town website at
www.danville.ca.gov.
The Danville Parks, Recreation and Arts Commission encourages citizens to participate
in commission meetings. How to submit public comments:
In-person - verbal comments: Attend the meeting, complete the yellow "Request to
Speak" form available at the meeting, and submit the yellow form to staff at the
meeting. The Chair will announce your name when it is your turn to address the
Commission. Step to the lectern, announce your name, and limit your comments to 3
minutes.
Email - written comments: To provide written comments, send an email to the
Administrative Assistant prior to 11:00 a.m. on the day of the meeting. Correspondence
should include the meeting date and agenda item number. All comments received prior
to the deadline will be provided to the members in advance of the meeting. Written
comments will NOT be read into the record. Correspondence submitted to the Town for
this meeting is a public record.

4. CONSENT CALENDAR - Consent calendar items are considered routine and are acted upon by the
Parks, Recreation and Arts Commission with a single action. Members of the audience wishing to provide public
input may request that the Parks, Recreation and Arts Commission remove the item from the Consent
Calendar. Please fill out a “Request to Speak” form and pass it to staff at the dais. When called upon by the
Chair, please step to the podium, state your name and address and then make your comments. Comments should
not exceed three (3) minutes.
4.1 Consider approval of the Summary of Actions of the November 15, 2023, Parks,
Recreation and Arts Commission special meeting
4.2 Consider approval of the Summary of Actions of the January 10, 2024 Parks,
Recreation and Arts Commission regular meeting
4.3 Consider approval of the public Art Project Wood Carved Acorn
5. ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF REPORTS
5.1 Shade Structure at Hap Magee Ranch Park
