February 13, 2024
1. CALL TO ORDER
The regular meeting of the Danville Planning Commission was called to order by
Chair Graham at 5:00 p.m. in the Town Meeting Hall, 201 Front Street, Danville,
CA.
Present: Mark Graham, Chair
Lou Palandrani, Vice Chair
Archie Bowles, Commissioner
Robert Combs, Commissioner
Mary Grace Houlihan, Commissioner

There were no changes to the order of the agenda.

There were no public comments.
4. CONSENT CALENDAR
4.1 Consider approval of the Summary of Actions from the special Planning
Commission meeting of January 17, 2024
4.2 Consider approval of the Summary of Actions from the regular Planning
Commission meeting of January 23, 2024

Chief of Planning, David Crompton clarified the changes that were made
to the action that was taken on the Borel property, an item approved with
modifications at the January 23, 2024 Planning Commission meeting.
The Commission advised staff to continue to work on language for the
Borel property modification that was approved at the January 23, 2024
meeting.
It was the consensus of the Commission to continue Item 4.2 to the March
12, 2024 meeting.

SPECIAL PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING OF JANUARY 17, 2024

JANUARY 23, 2024 MEETING TO THE MARCH 12, 2024 PLANNING
COMMISSION MEETING

5. PUBLIC HEARINGS
5.1 Consider approval of Resolution No. 2024-03, approving Land Use Permit
LUP24-0001 allowing an increase in enrollment at the Primrose School from
the previously approved 108 children to 134 children. The site is located at
2425 Camino Tassajara
Assistant Planner Riley Anderson-Barrett presented the staff report and
answered the Commissioner's questions.
Karim Ramzanali, the applicant, answered the Commissioner's questions
concerning working hours and parking spaces.
Chair Graham opened the item for Public Hearing.
There were no public comments.
