o Decide if the art is for sale or what promotions we could do that promote Chamber member (and

October 20, 2024 — Oktoberfest Danville, in partnership with the Town of Danville
o Town has expressed interest in making this financially viable, sustainable for the future
o Features locally -sourced food & vendors
o Walking Beer & Wine Garden in Downtown Danville, similar to wine stroll
o Oktoberfest activities at the Parking Lot next to Museum of SRV
o Polka Band / Other Entertainment
October 30, 2024 — Hold for Women's Enterprise Initiative, Session #5 (tentative)
November 6, 2024. — Sharing the Spirit Partnership Event (tentative)

• 2023 was the largest crowd ever — and they all came downtown
• Idea of a Light Parade to follow Lighting of Old Oak - ?
• Doyle Quane gave out 1,000 cups of hot chocolate; Messiah Lutheran Chorus on hand
• CPC Danville also gave out more than 1,000 s'mores
■ Entertainment a huge help at Doyle Quane and Whim House (Impulse Acapella Group)
