ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF REPORT 5*10 TO: Mayor and Town Council December 19, 2023 SUBJECT: Resolution No. 90-2023, approving Quitclaim Grant Deed of Drainage Easement located at 102 Starview Place BACKGROUND AND DISCUSSION On June 6, 1974, final map Subdivision 4435, "Starview Unit 1", recorded in Book 169, of maps Page 26, of official records, created a Public Drainage Easement located at 102 Starview Place for drainage purposes (Attachment C). During construction of the improvements, the storm drain line was actually built outside the drainage easement (Attachment D). This discrepancy was discovered during review of a minor subdivision on the property. A new drainage easement, in the correct alignment, will be recorded with the approval of Minor Subdivision MS 869-2022 (Attachment E). PUBLIC CONTACT Posting of the meeting agenda serves as notice to the general public. FISCAL IMPACT RECOMMENDATION Adopt Resolution No. 90-2023 approving Quitclaim Grant Deed of Drainage Easement located at 102 Starview Place.
