Section 54230 then requires each agency to report to the Department of Housing and Community Development (“HCD”) all properties identified as either in excess of foreseeable needs or surplus. DISCUSSION The attached inventory (Exhibit 1 to Resolution No. 88-2023) lists all properties owned by the Town as of December 19, 2023. The Town does not lease any properties. At this time, the Town does not own any property that is either “in excess of its foreseeable needs” or is surplus, as defined in the Government Code. This will be reported to HCD as part of the Housing Element Progress Report for 2023. PUBLIC CONTACT Posting of the meeting agenda serves as notice to the general public. FISCAL IMPACT None.
