1. CALL TO ORDER
The regular meeting of the Danville Design Review Board was called to order at 5:00
p.m., at the Town Offices, 500 La Gonda Way, Danville, CA
Board Attendance: Afshan Hamid, Chris Trujillo, Kevin Wong
Staff Attendance: Riley Anderson -Barrett
2. CHANGES TO THE ORDER OF THE AGENDA - None
3. FOR THE GOOD OF THE TOWN - None
4. ACTION ITEMS
4.1 Consider approval of the August 24, 2023 Meeting Summary
Board Member Trujillo made a motion to approve the meeting summary which
was seconded by Vice Chair Wong.
Motion carried 3-0-0-3
5. DESIGN REVIEW ITEMS
5.1 Review and recommend approval of the replacement signs and new colors and
materials for Sign Permit application SR23-0025 for the Chevron gas station
located at 8000 Crow Canyon Road (Project Planner: Riley Anderson -Barrett) -
Riley Anderson Barrett, Associate Planner, introduced the project and presented
the staff report.
Steve Locke, Applicant, presented the project and answered questions from
Design Review Board Members.
Board Members saw no issues with the proposed paint colors and sign
modifications.

Decision: Board Member Trujillo made a motion to approve the project which
was seconded by Vice Chair Wong.
Motion carried 3-0-0-3
