HomeMy WebLinkAbout092023 AGENDA Historic Design Review Committee - Special Meeting AGENDA Wednesday, September 20, 2023 5:00 p.m. Danville Town Offices Community Room 500 La Gonda Way, Danville Any document provided to a majority of the members of the Historic Design Review Committee regarding any item on this agenda will be made available for public inspection at the meeting and at the Danville Town Offices, 500 La Gonda Way, Danville, CA during normal business hours. The Danville Historic Design Review Committee encourages citizens to participate in Committee meetings. How to submit public comments: In-person – verbal comments: Attend the meeting, complete the yellow “Request to Speak” form available at the meeting, and submit the yellow form to staff at the meeting. The Committee Chair will announce your name when it is your turn to address the Historic Design Review Committee. Step to the lectern, announce your name, and limit your comments to 3 minutes. Email - written comments: To provide written comments, send an email to the Development Services Administrative Assistant prior to 11:00 a.m. on the day of the meeting. Correspondence should include the meeting date and agenda item number. All comments received prior to the deadline will be provided to the members in advance of the meeting. Written comments will NOT be read into the record. Correspondence submitted to the Town for this meeting is a public record. If you have questions, contact the Administrative Assistant at (925) 314-3310 or devserv@danville.ca.gov prior to the meeting. 1. CALL TO ORDER 2. PUBLIC COMMENTS - At this time, if you wish to address the Historic Design Review Committee about a subject which is NOT listed on the agenda, please fill out a “Request to Speak” form and pass it to staff at the dais. When called upon, please step to the podium, state your name, and address and then make your comments. Comments should not exceed three (3) minutes. NEW BUSINESS 3.1 Review and recommend the Heritage Resource Commission approve DEV23- 0012 allowing a second story addition, the infill of an existing porch, and other minor modifications to the Designated Danville Heritage Resource at 809 Podva Road (the Podva Farm House) (Project Planner: Riley Anderson- Barrett). 4. ADJOURNMENT CERTIFICATION I hereby certify that the foregoing agenda was posted at the Danville Town Offices and the Danville website at www.danville.ca.gov, in the Town of Danville 24 hours in advance.
