Any document provided to a majority of the members of the Design Review Board regarding any item on this agenda
will be made available for public inspection at the meeting and at the Danville Town Offices, 500 La Gonda Way,
Danville, CA during normal business hours.
The Danville Design Review Board encourages citizens to participate in Board meetings.
How to submit public comments:
In -person - verbal comments: Attend the meeting, complete the yellow "Request to Speak"
form available at the meeting, and submit the yellow form to staff at the meeting. The
Board Chair will announce your name when it is your turn to address the Design Review
Board. Step to the lectern, announce your name, and limit your comments to 3 minutes.
Email - written comments: To provide written comments, send an email to the
Development Services Administrative Assistant prior to 11:00 a.m. on the day of the
meeting. Correspondence should include the meeting date and agenda item number. All
comments received prior to the deadline will be provided to the members in advance of
the meeting. Written comments will NOT be read into the record. Correspondence
submitted to the Town for this meeting is a public record.

3. FOR THE GOOD OF THE TOWN - At this time, if you wish to address the Design Review Board
about a subject which is NOT listed on the agenda, please fill out a "Request to Speak" form and pass it to staff
at the dais. When called upon by the Chair, please step to the podium, state your name, and address and then
make your comments. Comments should not exceed three (3) minutes.

4.1 Consider approval of the June 19, 2023 Meeting Summary.
4.2 Consider approval of the Design Review Board meeting dates for 2024.
5. DESIGN REVIEW ITEMS
5.1 Review and approve the architecture, site plan, and landscape design, and colors
and materials for Development Plan request DEV23-0005 for a five -unit motor
court located at 144 El Dorado Avenue (Project Planner: Riley Anderson -Barrett).
5.2 Review, approve and/or provide feedback on the architecture, color and
material board, and landscape design for Development Plan request DEV22-0017
allowing for the construction of a new 7,631 square foot single family residence
with an attached 569 square foot garage, and a 419 square foot JADU totaling
8,619 square feet located at 5 Ohlson Lane (Project Planner: Yajaira Duran).
