Good afternoon again, I'm writing once again to voice my support for a much more expansive, pro-housing, pro-climate, and pro-dynamism position for our ongoing housing element updates. While I'm happy to see that at least studying lowering parking requirements is on the table, it seems like this is a resolved issue that should already be adopted and acted upon (heck, the copious amount of street parking and downtown parking should be rolled back and allow our valuable land to be put to much better uses). Additionally, the number of locations being considered for the changes seems far too small. We should be making much better use of as much property as possible along our beautiful commercial corridors. Not just that, but we should be expanding them and establishing new ones so that we might all thrive. It's very unlikely that I will be able to attend tomorrow's public input session as I work a full time job and have three children to take care of. Both my wife and I work hard during regular office hours.Thank you for receiving my feedback. I hope it help clarify that there are many of us out there looking for a newer, more bold vision for our town. Thanks, Nathaniel Lee-Luders(Greenbrook Neighborhood) 1
