Danville Planning Commission – Regular Meeting Summary of Actions May 9, 2023 1. CALL TO ORDER The regular meeting of the Danville Planning Commission was called to order by Chair Radich at 5:00 p.m. in the Town Meeting Hall, 201 Front Street, Danville, CA. Present: Paul Radich, Chair Mark Graham, Vice Chair Archie Bowles, Commissioner Robert Combs, Commissioner Mary Grace Houlihan, Commissioner Ken Mintz, Commissioner Lou Palandrani, Commissioner Chris Trujillo, Commissioner 2. CHANGES TO THE ORDER OF THE AGENDA There were no changes to the order of the agenda. 3. FOR THE GOOD OF THE TOWN There were no public comments. 4. CONSENT ITEMS 4.1 Consider approval of the Summary of Actions from the Planning Commission regular meeting of April 25, 2023 Chair Radich opened the item to public comment. There were no public comments. PUBLIC HEARINGS 5.1 Consider approval of Resolution No. 2023-08, approving Development Plan request DEV23-0001 allowing the development of a new 6,044 square foot single-family residence with an attached 780 square foot garage, and a 1,148 square foot detached ADU within a Town-identified Major Ridgeline area. The site is located at 68 Hidden Hills Place. Associate Planner Riley Anderson-Barrett presented the staff report. There were no questions of staff. Jonathan James of William Wood Architect, applicant, presented information on the proposed development plan. There were no questions of the applicant. Chair Radich opened the item to the public for comments. There were no public comments.
