Any document provided to a majority of the members of the Town Council regarding any item on this agenda will be made available for public inspection at the meeting and at the Danville Town Offices, 500 La Gonda Way, Danville, CA during normal business hours. Danville Town Council meetings are video recorded. Archived videos can be viewed on the Town website at www.danville.ca.gov.
The Danville Town Council encourages citizens to participate in Council meetings. How
to submit public comments:
In-person – verbal comments: Attend the meeting, complete the yellow “Request to Speak”
form available at the meeting, and submit the yellow form to staff at the meeting. The
Mayor will announce your name when it is your turn to address the Town Council. Step
to the lectern, announce your name, and limit your comments to 3 minutes.
Email - written comments: To provide written comments, send an email to the City Clerk
prior to 11:00 a.m. on the day of the meeting. Correspondence should include the meeting
date and agenda item number. All comments received prior to the deadline will be
provided to the members in advance of the meeting. Written comments will NOT be
read into the record. Correspondence submitted to the Town for this meeting is a public
record.

6. CONSENT CALENDAR - Consent calendar items are considered routine and are acted upon by the
Town Council with a single action. Members of the audience wishing to provide public input may request that the Town Council remove the item from the Consent Calendar. 9.1 FY 2023/24 Business Promotion Funds – Funding Allocation Plan

Recommendation: Direct staff to continue the Business Promotion
Program as implemented in FY 2022-23, designating $25,000 for the Holiday
Marketing Campaign and $25,000 to fund the Business Promotion Grant
Program
