SUMMARY OF ACTIONS
June 20, 2023 - DRAFT
1. CALL TO ORDER
The regular meeting of the Danville Town Council was called to order by Vice
Mayor Stepper at 5:00 p.m. in the Town Meeting Hall, 201 Front Street, Danville,
CA.
Present: Karen Stepper, Vice Mayor
Newell Arnerich, Councilmember
Dave Fong, Councilmember
Renee Morgan, Councilmember
Excused: Robert Storer, Mayor
2. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE TO THE FLAG
The pledge of allegiance to the flag was led by Danville Lieutenant Heather
Transue.
3. CHANGES TO THE ORDER OF THE AGENDA
Town Manager Joe Calabrigo stated that a revised report and resolution was
distributed for item 6.6. There were no further changes to the agenda.
4. FOR THE GOOD OF THE TOWN
There were no speakers.

5.1 Reading of a proclamation by Vice Mayor Stepper proclaiming June 2023
Alzheimer’s and Brain Awareness Month

6.3 Consider acceptance of the April 2023 Month End Treasurer’s Report

Danville Conflict of Interest Code
6.5 Consider adoption of Resolution No. 49-2023, designating an alternate
board member to the Municipal Pooling Authority of Northern California
