Hi Riley,
I would like to follow up with what my husband, Michael Newton, wrote in reference to project PUD23-0001 - 1065 and
1069 Westridge Ave Rezoning. 1 100% concur with what he has said and I too, object to the rezoning of 1065 and 1069
Westridge Ave.
Best,
Jill Newton

Hi Riley
My name is Michael Newton and my wife and I are the owners of 1083 Westridge Ave in Danville. I understand there is a
public hearing tomorrow which will include review of project PUD23-0001 - 1065 and 1069 Westridge Ave Rezoning.
Unfortunately due to work meetings I won't be able to attend the hearing, but I wanted to voice my opinion and heard this
was the best way to go about it (if I should direct this to someone else please let me know). At this time I am against the
rezoning request as my guess is the owner(s) are doing this so they can subdivide the property and build more houses.
Due to lack of infrastructure improvements, drought issues, and so many other housing projects that are under way, the
last thing this area needs is more housing. If anything, I think we need more land set aside for agriculture, community
parks, and open space for wild animals to live. I doubt my objection will carry much weight, but wanted to make sure it is
on record.
Regards,
Michael
