SUMMARY OF ACTIONS
April 18, 2023 - DRAFT
1. CALL TO ORDER
The regular meeting of the Danville Town Council was called to order by Mayor
Storer at 5:00 p.m. in the Town Meeting Hall, 201 Front Street, Danville, CA.
Present: Robert Storer, Mayor
Karen Stepper, Vice Mayor
Newell Arnerich, Councilmember
Dave Fong, Councilmember
Renee Morgan, Councilmember
2. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE TO THE FLAG
The pledge of allegiance was led by Colonel Alan Kalin.
3. CHANGES TO THE ORDER OF THE AGENDA
There were no changes.
4. FOR THE GOOD OF THE TOWN
Alan Kalin, Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 75, encouraged the Town to support
the Veterans Discount Program.
5. PRESENTATIONS AND PROCLAMATIONS
5.1Presentation of a proclamation to Seng Lovan, Senior Community Library
Manager, proclaiming April 23-29, 2023, as National Library Week
Mayor Storer presented the proclamation.

6. CONSENT CALENDAR
6.1Consider approval of the Summary of Actions from the regular Town
Council meeting of April 4, 2023
6.2Consider approval of the Register of Demands
6.3Consider acceptance of the February 2023 Month End Treasurer’s Report
6.4Consider adoption of Resolution No. 25-2023, awarding a construction
contract and transferring funds from CIP No. A-330 Town-Wide Storm
Drain System Management to CIP No. A-614 Westridge Trash Rack

6.5Consider adoption of Resolution No. 26-2023, approving the Town’s
inventory of owned and leased properties pursuant to Government Code
Section 50569 and identifying any surplus land pursuant to Government
Code Section 54230

8.1Consider adoption of Resolution No. 27-2023, approving the purchase of
real property located at 282 Front Street from the Successor Housing
Agency to the former Community Development Agency of the Town of
Danville
City Attorney Rob Ewing presented the staff report and stated that the
presentation also serves as the presentation for item 9.1.

9. SUCCESSOR HOUSING AGENCY TO THE FORMER COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE TOWN OF DANVILLE
9.1Consider adoption of Resolution No. 28-2023SHA, approving the sale of
real property located at 282 Front Street to the Town of Danville
City Attorney Rob Ewing presented the staff report with agenda item 8.1.
