Any document provided to a majority of the members of the Planning Commission regarding any item on this agenda will be made available for public inspection at the meeting and at the Danville Town Offices, 500 La Gonda Way, Danville, CA during normal business hours. Danville Planning Commission meetings are video recorded. Archived videos can be viewed on the Town website at www.danville.ca.gov.
The Danville Planning Commission encourages citizens to participate in Commission
meetings. How to submit public comments:
In-person – verbal comments: Attend the meeting, complete the yellow “Request to Speak”
form available at the meeting, and submit the yellow form to staff at the meeting. The
Commission Chair will announce your name when it is your turn to address the Planning
Commission. Step to the lectern, announce your name, and limit your comments to 3
minutes.
Email - written comments: To provide written comments, send an email to the
Development Services Administrative Assistant prior to 11:00 a.m. on the day of the
meeting. Correspondence should include the meeting date and agenda item number. All
comments received prior to the deadline will be provided to the members in advance of
the meeting. Written comments will NOT be read into the record. Correspondence
submitted to the Town for this meeting is a public record.

When called upon by the Commission Chair, please step to the podium, state your name and address and then make your comments. Comments should not exceed three (3) minutes.

4. CONSENT ITEMS
4.1 Consider approval of the Summary of Actions from the Planning
Commission regular meeting of March 28, 2023.
5. PUBLIC HEARING
5.1 Consider approval of Resolution No. 2023-07, recommending that the Town
Council approve Rezoning request PUD23-0001 to rezone two parcels with
a General Plan Land Use Designation of Residential - Rural Residential
from A-2; General Agricultural District to P-1; Planned Unit Development
District to allow for the establishment of zoning standards that are
consistent with the surrounding neighborhood (Project Planner: Riley
Anderson-Barrett).
5.2 Consider approval of Resolution No. 2023-05, recommending that the Town
Council approve Zoning Text Amendment ZTA23-0001 to amend the
Town’s Single Family Residential District, Two Family Residential District,
and Multifamily Residential District Ordinances as necessary to comply
with State law and provide other minor revisions (Project Planner: Riley
Anderson-Barrett).
5.3 Consider approval of Resolution No. 2023-06, recommending that the Town
Council approve Zoning Text Amendment ZTA23-0002 to amend the
Town’s Accessory Dwelling Unit Ordinance as necessary to comply with
State law (Project Planner: Riley Anderson-Barrett).
